When on the wing, Carter has shown the ability to create off the dribble as a slasher but also can hurt defenses with his three-point shot. He has defensive upside, capable of guarding on the perimeter and in the post, a steady shot blocker. I’ve had him pegged as a future D-I guy for a while now.
