Dyer is an explosive scorer with the ball in his hands, consistently breaking down defenders off the dribble and putting pressure on the rim. He’s a creative finisher in the paint who can score through contact or use touch and angles to convert over length. In addition to his offensive production, he’s a reliable perimeter shot maker and competes at a high level defensively, where his quickness and intensity make him an effective on-ball defender.

Lander-signee creates offense. Gets to his three-point shot out of between the legs size-up dribbles. Pushes tempo in transition and when he doesn’t have the ball, fills lanes to catch and score with either hand. Playmaking skills have improved yearly.

Addison Dyer Addison Dyer 6'0" | PG Langston Hughes | 2026 State GA had a breakout summer and proved he belongs in the conversation with other top 2026 guards around the state. Dyer is an elusive ball-handler that can generate paint touches and create for others or go get a bucket of his own when he wants to. He’s not a volume shooter but he’s proven capable of knocking down open shots at a high percentage. Dyer is also active on the defensive end and helps contribute to a lot of forced turnovers. He’ll certainly be one to watch as he returns to Langston Hughes for his senior year.
