Expert Analysis
Britt Wright | Prep Hoops Scout
After a breakout Summer with Team Lillard 3SSB. Ahamefule just finished competing with his U18 Great Britain mates at Eurobasket 2026. Averaging 14.pts, 5.6 rebounds. One can argue his expanding skill set, handling, 3-point shooting, and movement makes him a productive perimeter player. With that being said, he possess the kind of physical play, improving footwork, and touch around the rim that makes him a difficult player to defend in and around the post area.

Emmanuel showcases athleticism and key versatility for Team Lillard 17u on both ends. He flies high above the rim to limit opponents chances on offense and pushes the pace on fastbreaks. He uses a long wingspan to block shots, disrupt offensive flow, and drive past defenders to the lane. He finishes with authority around the rim and plays aggressive defense, guarding any position 1 through 5. He has already stacked up multiple high major offers, look for him to garner more going into the school year.

Standing 6’9 he’s got some bounce to his game, has footspeed for a player his size. there might still be some adjusting. He gets wide, wants the ball on the low block using a quick dribble to get into his jump hook. He showed range hitting a wing 3ptr. He has footspeed, lateral movement defending away from the basket. He’ll look for a body to box out. He’ll Play in the CCS Open Championship Game
