Ishimwe has tantalizing physical tools and skills. The 6-foot-7 PF has extremely long arms, big-time athleticism, and an unbelievable motor. He runs the floor like a madman on both ends, protecting the rim and blocking shots defensively and dunking and finishing fast-break opportunities offensively. What’s most intriguing, though, is the junior’s ability to handle the ball and play within traffic—it can look out of control at times, but he actually has really good coordination and hands. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ishinwe continue to figure out his body and potentially get some scholarship looks as a result of his potential on both ends of the floor. Bright future ahead for him.
