Moskowitz is a next-level player who the game comes easily to, and he’s a do-it-all type of prospect to build around. He’s shifty with the ball in his hands, demands attention, and makes the right play. He reads the court well as the primary ballhandler, finds open teammates, and also attacks. He’s a microwave scorer with unlimited range, but it is about process with him instead of just forcing. Elliot has been a force for Colorado Prep and continues to get better every time we see him. He’s a top-10 prospect in the state, and I feel he will get more attention with another solid season of leading his group.

is a lethal shooter from downtown and gets hot fast in rhythm. On offense, Moskowitz orchestrates the pace well and moves around off the ball frequently to get open looks for himself. With his head up when he dribbles, Moskowitz cashes in on transition basket opportunities for himself and his guys.

Moskowitz is about as talented of a perimeter shooter as anyone, letting it fly from anywhere. Continuing to improve as a pick and roll playmaker, the guard brings more strength and size to the table than the vast majority of incoming juniors within the state.

Elliot shot the lights out on Sunday night in Colorado Prep’s (CO) tough loss to AOSS Prep (CA), 62-58. Moskowitz moves terrifically without the ball, and has a very quick release which enables him to take advantage of the smallest of windows to get his shot off.

Following an excellent freshman season, Moskowitz has continued to affirm his consistency and steady impact versus older opponents. Efficient as a floor spacer, they do a great job knocking down quick shots open or contested. Effective relocating quickly on three point attempts, off the dribble or maneuvering off-ball. Attacking the rim is another area of upside, effectively attacking the baseline for kick outs or reverse finishes. Moskowitz’s big frame should allow him to be a steady free throw contributor, of which he is knockdown. His strength defending bigger guards should aid him on defense, allowing him to slide up if necessary.

Just a member of the 2026 class, Moskowitz played up with Colorado Roughriders 2024 National and was one of their most consistent shooters behind the arc. There was no second guessing, if he was open, he was firing away. He got steaming hot against BDH Elite, helping his squad smother a late run and hold onto the win.
