About Elijah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a defensive minded player. That is where it all begins for me.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Many will say that I'm easy going person. I'm tough minded especially while I'm on the court. I will also say that a very hard working and coachable player. I'm always looking for ways to get better.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

None

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I a great teammate that is often willing to do a bit of the dirty work if it's for the team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Only real challenges for me is truly understanding the hard work it takes to play my sport at a high level. But I'm tackling that challenge head on everyday.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that will make me a better basketball player and that will prepare me for what's to come after college is over.

I caught Shim last summer a couple of times with the Ayo Dos squad and over the course of 9 months has upped his game. His coordination continues to come along and he is playing in more confident stride with or without the ball. His reaction time is gaining quickness as his long wingspan continues to be eye catching as well. His movement is more responsive and intentional with a continued upward rise in stock.
