Youseff, a member of the 17U Ray squad, is a versatile wing out of Bishop Guertin in New Hampshire. At 6’5″, he impresses with his ability to stretch the floor on the offensive end. He does a nice job of find space as a roller out of ball screens, does his work before the catch as a shooter, and leverages his shooting to open up driving lanes. He moves well without the ball, makes quick decisions with it in his hands, and presents matchup issues with his versatility. Defensively, he can guard on the perimeter in switches and impresses with his ability to rebound the basketball in traffic.

Eli Youssef Eli Youssef 6'3" | SG Bishop Guertin | 2026 New E is a lights-out deep threat with some creation ability off the bounce. He is at his best as a movement shooter, letting it fly with some wiggle and not wasting any time. Youssef can come off screens amazingly and loves to shoot all around the arch effortlessly. With the ball, he can drive at his pace while creating shots in the paint with spin moves and hesitation movements. While not super athletic, Youssef’s advanced offensive skill is what makes him stand out and compensates for his deficiencies. On defense, his upright body stature makes him very good at blocking shots and overall contesting. Youssef and his shooting prowess will get immediate interest from programs, but improving his athleticism some more could make him a breakout candidate down the road.
