Meyers seems to have grown an inch or so but looks really stout and strong this season. He looks even quicker getting his shot off and is still the trusty downtown shooter from last year. One part of his game that seems to be under the radar is his passing. He really understands the importance of the set-up pass and shifting defenses to open up the looks the team wants. Also, as his body continues to mature, his rebounding becomes a growing asset to his game. He’s much more than a shooter and plays with a high understanding of the game.
