I love the creativity Lakatos plays with off the dribble, able to create his own shot and beat defenders off the bounce. North Royalton was a surprise story in northeast Ohio going 21-1 in the regular season and making it to the final four in Division II. Their style of play was based around an experienced group with impressive chemistry and ball movement. While I was impressed by the ball handling ability of Lakatos, he also set a school record for single-season 3-pointers made for North Royalton.

Heartbreaking end for a historic season for North Royalton, their senior group had a great effort to go out. Lakatos has a lot of wiggle off the dribble as a creator and wants to use his flashy ball handling ability to create space. With soft touch as a shooter, Lakatos got the friendly roll on an early top of the key 3-point which got him going throughout the game. Late in the game, Lakatos had a sweet scoop layup to tie the game and also hit a crazy 3-pointer to cut the deficit to one with under 30 seconds left. Great effort by Lakatos and fellow senior Sasha Sunjevaric Sasha Sunjevaric 6'7" | C North Royalton | 2025 OH in their final game with North Royalton.
