His quick release and effortless shooting mechanics made him a dangerous catch and shoot threat every time he found space on the perimeter. Several of his makes barely touched the net, immediately grabbing the attention of everyone watching. Sprouse consistently stayed ready off the ball and understood how to relocate into open windows for clean looks. He also showed confidence taking big shots without hesitation hitting five three’s in the second half of their first game of the session. Defenses simply could not afford to lose track of him for even a second. Shooters with his level of confidence and efficiency always create value offensively.

Dominic has great size at his position to go along with his smooth shooting mechanics. Those things paired with his speed and skillset make for a very intriguing prospect. His range from distance stood out in WV Gold’s first matchup at Made Hoops’ Midwest Mania. He splashed a deep corner ball that first had to be caught at his feet and somehow did so all in one motion. He was also able to showcase how quick his trigger can be when given a pass in the pocket. Dominic’s intangibles allow him to run off screens and shoot over smaller guards with ease.
