One of the emerging stars from our Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase in early September was this point guard from Heritage Christian. Freije is a very smooth playmaker with the ball in his hands, has good positional size, and controlled the game offensively at all times. We look forward to watching him more throughout his freshman year. Definitely a prospect worth following closely as he continues to develop and a guy who could very well find his way into our rankings going forward.

One of the players that I came away most impressed with over the weekend at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase was DJ Freije DJ Freije 6'1" | PG Heritage Christian | 2030 IN of Heritage Christian HS. For Team 7, he was one of the more productive players I watched because of just how aggressive he was when looking to make a play. He finished around the rim, created well with the ball in his hands, and competed on defense.
