Diego is an above average athletic wing. Can score from various spots in the floor. Scores from all three levels. Real nice length and a basketball body. Knocks down shots at a high clip. Does everything really well. A favorite of mine over the years watching him .

Chaminade should again be in the mix for a Long Island CHSAA championship, and Dersch figures to play a major role. The 6-foot-4 wing is a capable shooter who can attack closeouts and find open teammates on the drive. He plays well without the ball and competed on the defensive end Sunday.

Part of a cohesive, veteran-laden Chaminade group that impressed as a team in two Sunday afternoon games, Dersch was consistently in the right place at the right time to capitalize efficiently on whatever the defense presented. He’s a smart ball-mover and effective spot shooter within the flow of the offense, and flashed the ability to finish above the rim as a cutter or leaking out in transition. Dersch is a rangy defender with nice toughness and IQ on the other end of the floor. He could benefit from working to tighten and strengthen his handle but has the type of approach and plug-and-play skillset that should thrive at the small-college level.

Long and lean athletic player. He is a very skilled player. Uses his length to get off his shot. Can score it at all three levels.

Diego is a long and lean athletic player. Shoots it really well with nice ball rotation out of his hand. Above average athleticism. Scores the ball inside or out. Real nice skillset.

A long and lean above average athletic player. Can score the ball from all three levels. Shoots it well from the perimeter. He has a nice combination of length athleticism and skill to make himself a player to watch this season could be a break out year.

Long lean bodied player. Athletic player. Can score at all three levels. High ceiling player. Expect a big season from him and a player to know.
