About Dawson

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Can guard any position and play help defense. 3 point threat but also can score on the interior. Enjoying making an assist as much as scoring a bucket

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Win, doing all the thing that insure my team has the best chance to win. Defense, Rebounding, block shots, assists, scoring.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

1)FCA - member of leadership team 2)Greer Leadership Team- working with Greer Chamber of commerce 3) Fairview youth 4) serve as Usher at church Involved in many community volunteer groups thru church

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I play varsity football as QB and Varsity Baseball - position SS- / Teamwork is the key to having a good team. I also do lots of community service thru my church youth group

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Playing Varsity as a freshman in football and baseball was challenging. Trying to prove you belong against older players and teamnates

One that will help me grow.

Fowler was on the other side of Flinn in Saturday’s fourth game. He is a solid sophomore starter who also plays QB for the Yellow Jackets. When on the hardwood, he plays really hard, working the glass, staying active without the ball, and even getting on the floor for loose balls. Dawson is also a capable player with the ball in his hands because he is tough through contact and has good touch at the rim. He tallied 5 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 block in the loss.
