David is a long, tenacious player that can positively influence the game in a myriad of ways with his presence. He’s excellent on defense with the way he anticipates opposing jump shots and times his elevation perfectly to deflect or block attempts again and again. He rarely gives his assignments any space, which results in them never getting to a point where they feel like they’re comfortable or in a groove. He stretches the floor nicely with his shooting range offensively and has the ability to put in great work on the glass and be effective in the paint.
