D’Anthony Rabb is a tough competitor that can make contributions on both offense and defense. On offense, he uses his long strides to get to the rim. Once he’s near the basket he is capable of laying it up or throwing down a vicious dunk. On defense, he can guard quicker players thanks to his length. He also hunts rebounds and gathers a good number of them.

D’Anthony Rabb was able to score from a few different areas. I noticed him gaining position on the inside for a few of his buckets. He also used his speed to his get downhill on one his drives, and he blew by multiple defenders. On the other end of the court, he used his length to mark his man and I saw him draw a charge.

D’Anthony Rabb played well on both ends of the court. He made his presence felt on the defensive end by clogging up the paint and grabbing rebounds. On offense, Rabb got to the free throw line and he connected on a decent amount of close range shots.

Rabb always seems to fly under the radar, however he’s continued to put together productive year after productive year. This included a solid Section 7 showing where the versatile forward impacted the game in a variety of areas including his interior defense and rebounding. He led the Longhorns in scoring during the event averaging over 15 per game.

Rabb was a monster in the game I watched. He played with a motor, and was able to clean the glass at a high level. He was one of the bigger players on the floor, however it’s the combination of his size to go along with his faceup ability that has him in a position to rise.
