Carlson was a standout two-way presence on the perimeter for Hoops 4 Health . Defensively, he set the tone with physical on-ball pressure, making life difficult for opposing guards. On offense, he scored efficiently with minimal dribbles, using crafty pivots and deep shooting range to create space. His vocal leadership and high basketball IQ made him one of the most composed and impactful guards in his age group.

is a smaller guard that has a big game. Carlson is explosive. He works in mysterious ways but the #1 thing he does on the basketball court is score the ball with EASE. Carlson is very good off the dribble at creating his own. He gets to every spot he wants to in the blink of an eye, usually finishing the possession with a simple bucket near or at the rim. This weekend Carlson made things happen. When his team was in need for a bucket, he did his thing and made it happen. Out of the 2029 Class, this is someone to keep an eye on. He plays with some determination and a high motor. Something more prospects at this age could learn from while watching.
