Zichterman sure didn’t disappoint at the Sophomore ID Camp. He had a lightning fast first step. Zichterman was able to both straight line drive and score and turn the corner on his defender and get a bucket. He was even able to drive and kick to a shooter when the help arrived in time.

Zichterman is an all-around solid basketball player. He has an extremely effective combination of a solid, strong 6’3 frame and high-basketball IQ. In a showcase atmosphere, most players fall victim to forcing the issue, but not Crew. His default is making the right basketball play, that could be passing to an open teammate, cutting to space, or knocking down an open shot. During the 3v3 segment, he did a nice job of generating offense for his team.

Zichterman will make some teams nervous with how talented this freshman is. He plays really well with pace and when going downhill. In fact, he’s even a solid downhill passer. Zichterman has a really good sense of spacing for a freshman as well.

South Christian is getting a good one in Crew Zichterman Crew Zichterman 6'3" | PG South Christian | 2029 State MI . He filled wings nicely in the open floor and was able to catch on the move and finish at the rim. Zichterman was also able to start the break with a kick out pass. I really liked the way he was willing to battle around the rim as well. He had a 2nd effort bucket on a put back that very impressive.
