Hailing from just over the Missouri border and into Kansas, Connor Mullen made the trip to Des Moines from the Kansas City area, as he’s set to play for Blue Valley High School this coming year. With some out of bounds plays drawn up for him as the shooter, Mullen popped open for threes and knocked them down. A heads-up defender in transition, he also helped prevent an easy bucket by the opposing team.
