He hit shots. He is a good shooter and will find himself open with the attention Brewer gets. The impressive thing fact that both Gerrits and Brewer are going to score but both these teams are deep with a bunch of high IQ players. Neither team seemed to want the other to get any easy ones. Both teams were physical on defense. Hopkins has a nice shot and he can get hot.

The lefty shot 35% from three last season while making 35 of them. His 7.8 points average was 4th best on the team. He often came off the bench last year as the sixth man. He was able to provide that extra scoring via the long ball a lot of the time. He will also be a candidate to grab more rebounds this year with the loss of the two big men from last year’s team.
