Collin Tanner Collin Tanner 6'6" | SF Combine Academy | 2023 State NC is another senior guard that’s signed with Richmond University in the Combine Academy rotation that’s remained in the Top 10 and moved into the 7th spot in the final update. He was one of four scorers in double-figures for them in 2022-23 with 12.6 ppg, 5.6 rpg and 1.7 apg while shooting 35 percent from 3-point range on the year. He’s a name that should make waves for years to come in the Atlantic 10 Conference very soon.

I love what Tanner brings to the table as a role player, doing all the little things it takes to win. Tanner seems to get a ton of loose balls, makes smart cuts and hits open shots. Those traits don’t even mention the tough defense Tanner plays every time he steps on the floor. Both Tanner and Demary played all 36 minutes in the overtime victory and Tanner’s experience and leadership was clear for his team. I think Tanner will get early minutes at Richmond as he just flat out helps you win. Tanner also isn’t a stat sheet stuffer but 19 points on 6/9 FG with four offensive rebounds and two assists to one turnover will get it done every day of the week.

Whether it was a timely bucket, a big time rebound, a defensive stop or diving for a loose ball to secure a possession, he simply made the winning plays that were needed.
