Solid guard, who was important in helping Cubit Elite close out their win. Stepped up on the defensive end against quick guards, with one particularly impressive sequence. Forced a steal and score, then immediately hounded the opposing ballhandler. Played defense with his feet, didn’t bite on fakes and was physical without fouling. Had another good transition play shortly after, where he made the right pitch ahead, then kept moving. Was rewarded that possession when he sprinted ahead to the corner and hit a dagger triple. Nice foundation for the youngster.
