Very rarely do you see rising sophomores dominating 17 U shoe circuit basketball but that’s exactly what Kelly did this summer with Breakaway. The skilled wing has a smooth lefty jump shot and can move without the ball to give himself space for jumpers or shots at the rim. I’m most excited to see how Kelly works on his body and physically matures over the next few years, he’s already proven his elite skill level on a national stage.
