Kiir’s defensive versatility is his calling card. Long and lean, he comfortably defends inside and out, switching across positions and covering ground with long strides. That flexibility gives him real next-level value. Offensively, he remains a stretch-forward prospect with upside. He’s capable from the high post and is growing in confidence behind the three-point line. When attacking closeouts, he uses his length to glide to the rim. The tools are there, and as his strength and consistency develop, Kiir’s long-term ceiling becomes increasingly intriguing.
A 2026 prospect with significant upside, Kiir is a long, lean forward who brings good mobility and positional versatility. An above-average athlete, he can finish above the rim, shows touch in the midrange, and displays promising ball-handling ability for his size. With continued strength development, Kiir projects as a matchup problem and a prospect worth tracking closely in his class.
The defensive standout recorded 4 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 blocks against Carrollton. Kiir worked the high post on offense, his lone hoop coming via a mid-range jumper. Chol’s defensive versatility is his calling card. He defends inside and out, giving him great value at the next level. His stretch-forward skill set holds long-term intrigue.
Chol flashes his upside in spurts. He had six points in the second quarter, scoring on a lefty drive, a floater and a left-handed finish in the post. In the fourth quarter he broke off a eurostep in transition for a smooth finish. Kiir tallied 9 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 block. Keeping his motor high and impacting the game on both ends will allow him to reach his ceiling. Kiir has intriguing tools and sneaky skill with the ball.
The wiry 6-foot-8 wing couldn’t be kept off the glass in a 67-62 win over Union County. Chol had 8 points, 15 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 block against the smaller Panthers. Kiir showed the ability to put the ball on the floor and finish with authority. Adding to his perimeter game will help with his overall development. Chol has plenty of upside heading into Year 3.
Combo-forward. Mobile. Plays mostly on the wing. Shoots into passing lanes for steals. Likes to get to the basket from the perimeter. Tightening his handle and developing an outside jumper will help him reach his ceiling.
Kiir made his debut at Calvary Day this past season. He is an interesting prospect to say the least. Standing close to 6-foot-9, Chol isn’t a post, but more of a wing. He’s extremely fluid on the perimeter, a smooth athlete that has combo-forward capabilities. Kiir is a springy leaper. All the tools are there for Chol to become a serious prospect. He averaged 4.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.1 block as a freshman. Locating his offensive identity over the next three years will help determine his ceiling.
