Impressive athlete. Built differently than most his age. Looks like a football player with his size and strength. Plays on the wing but is strong enough to make a difference in the paint, scoring at the rim and rebounding. Has the upside to become a versatile defender. Finds most of his points up close either off rebounds or slashes to the hoop.
Listed as a freshman, I couldn’t believe it to be true. Jamari doesn’t look or play like a freshman. He’s a physically stout wing/forward that crashes in for offensive rebounds and can help guard different positions. Jenkins might be more of an effort and athlete guy right now, but with four years to craft his game, he could become an interesting prospect.
