Expert Analysis
Justin Prather | Prep Hoops Scout
Chase helped LRS make a good run at getting to the title game. They fell short and got beat in the semi-finals by Brewster, but he was solid throughout the tournament. He has great ability to get to the rim. Whether that be drives to the hoop or posting up. The majority of the time it was putting it on the floor and getting a bucket in the paint. He was an integral part of the run for the 9 seed LRS.

He has been stuffing the stat sheet with some huge games. He finished the regular season with three straight double double performances of over 20 points and 15 rebounds. He is an athlete, and excels at getting to the rim. He has a soft touch on his jumper and will shoot it from three but he is at his best attacking the defense and scoring in the paint with that athleticism and strength. The talent doesn’t stop there. Hunter Dinkins is a great senior leader and runs the point. He has some solid shooting mechanics that make you feel the need to not leave him open. He can beat you from deep with the potential to get hot always looming. He’s also great in the mid-range with some crafty jumpers. Jayce Kelly is only a sophomore but has had some huge scoring games. A big and athletic wing who can fill it up. LRS is a 9 seed with some great players. Galbreath is a prospect that might raise his stock. He has that raw ability and skill level. LRS plays Adna for a chance to advance to the quarterfinals vs MWP.

Galbreath is a forward who can work all around the paint on both ends and doesn’t stray too much from his strengths. He has range out to 15-feet, can put the ball on the floor for a few attacking dribbles, and has a good blend of strength and athleticism. I watched him in a game against Columbia Burbank earlier in the year and Galbreath was a force on defense making himself wide and keeping active hands to tip passes and block shots.

An athletic big, who is great in the post. He works to establish position in the post and knows what to do with it when he gets it. He can move and has a knack for getting buckets. He crashes the boards and gets second chance shots. Tough player in the paint and can step out and hit jumpers.
