Watts is not originally from the area, but playing at Combine Academy gives him a right to be on this list. The athletic, physical combo guard has picked up multiple Division 1 offers over his time at Combine, but is still looking to make a final decision on his college home. He’ll bring a great scoring feel, college-ready frame, and an intense defensive work ethic to whatever team gives him a scholarship.
