Rodriguez came off the board when he announced that he will attend Springfield College. A big guard with the ability to score at all three levels, Rodriguez is able to capitalize on mismatches by taking smaller guards into the post. For a true wing, he has an advanced post game and soft touch on his fadeaway jumper. His perimeter jumper remains his most impressive skill and should be what seperates him at the next level. His size and length combo should allow him to guard at least three positions. I’d expect that he’ll have a chance to make an early impact at Springfield and could eventually develop into one of the better wings in the NEWMAC.
