His defense is one of the best attributes of his game as he provides versatility guarding opposing ballhandlers and his quickness/speed on fastbreaks are a valuable asset when causing turnovers for opponents. He can shoot jumpers from range, and he drives to the rim and is able to draw contact and get himself to the line at a high rate. One of my guards I have been watching closely for a while for the 2027 class, Carter should be getting recruited at the collegiate level before long due to his skillset and competitive nature.

Savoy is an athletic guard who can score at the basket, run lanes correctly on fastbreaks, and scores from all three levels. Carter fulfills whatever role is needed for the Eagles and he proved that he can make an impact wherever he signs at the collegiate level. I love Carter’s versatility and he showcases it all in facts whenever he is on the court.

Carter is one of those two-way guards that every coach wants to have on their team who makes winning plays no matter if he has the ball or not. He can score from all three levels and always gives 110% effort on hustle and defense, never taking a possession off. Savoy is a hustle player who is capable of getting a defensive stop on one end and taking it coast to coast and scoring on the other side of the ball.
