Speaking of offers, they are starting to come in for this veteran from the metro-Atlanta area. Voorhees College was the school that McCarn announced had him on their radars. One can see why that is the case. McCarn can be very accurate from behind the 3-point line, which is why it is fitting he can play the two as a shooting guard. He has plenty of height at 6-foot-5 which helps his versatility as he can play the three as well as he can play the two. Southeast Basketball Academy was the organization that he played his travel ball with recently. Something tells us Voorhees will not be the only school that wants him to wear its colors after he graduates following the 2024-25 campaign.

is another guy that flys under the radar because of where he plays. McCarn is homeschooled and plays for Georgia Force Christian but is doing everything he can to put his name on the map. Just last week, he set the school record with 13 three-pointers in one game, finishing with 41 points. He’s got great size for a shooting guard at 6’5 and should continue to fill out which will help him around the basket. I think the biggest question around McCarn is the competition he’s playing against so hopefully he’ll face some tougher teams on the spring circuit and show what he can do.
