Carter Lucies Carter Lucies 6'0" | SG/PG Monroe Central | 2029 IN is a sharpshooter. During 3v3, he didn’t really showcase his ability to move, dribble or pass; he was more or less a catch-and-shoot guy who just didn’t miss. He is a very good three-pointer with good range.

Carter is a tough combo guard who’s capable of playing both positions at a high level. He’s a great facilitator. The majority of his assists were converted into easy points. His teammates were always in the right place, at the right time. When he moved to the shooting guard position, he became an aggressive scorer. He easily beat defenders off the dribble, attacked the basket or scored tough lay-ups in the paint. He’s a good ball handler who used a host of dribbling moves to create for himself or others. Carter has an excellent mid-range game. I watched him knock down perimeter shots on numerous occasions. He’s a tenacious defender who pressed opponents into committing multiple turnovers. Carter is a promising young player who could become even better in the future.
