Has their been a bigger breakout over the last 10 months than what we’ve seen from Lutz? The young man has always been talented, but he’s flat out put it on display. He’s proved that he should be considered an elite shooter in the state of Michigan. Best part is, he’s efficient with it as well.

I mean, let’s be real, he dropped 45 in a game already. I think it’s safe to say that Lutz can shoot. Best part is he can do it off the catch as well as create space. Oh, let’s not forget that you can’t foul him because he’ll bury FT’s all night.

Clearly, he cares about his game and is willing to do whatever it takes to have a huge senior season for Milford.

You don’t skyrocket up everyone’s prospect lists by showing up to practice 5 minutes late. You do it by showing up early and working harder than the rest. Lutz is a great example of this. He’s a notorious gym rat. The kind of kid that may as well keep a sleeping bag behind the rim. Lutz is probably one of the best all around shooters in the state.

Lutz is a name to watch out for next high school season. He ended the summer in style at Brawl 4 The Ball. He was consistent and smart with his jumper. If Lutz rides his summer momentum into the high school season, we’ll be seeing his name often.

Lutz is a very solid addition to the 2025 prospect rankings. He’s ha a very good grassroots season with InspureU and has shown a ton of upside as a basketball player. Lutz has proven that he can be a shooter that will cause high school opponents headaches. Je hit as many as 9 in a game this summer.
