Expert Analysis
Scott Burgess | Prep Hoops Scout
Murkey jumped out to us in June with Belleville West as a combo guard who can be effective both on and off the ball. Instinctual passer that makes quality reads at a young age. The lefty has a sweet looking shot and is slippery hitting creases in the defense winning in one on one situations. Plus rebounder that really defends for an incoming freshman. Impact day one guy for the Maroons!
