Johnson really impressed. He played so well that during the event I started looking up what Providence has coming back because I was curious if he could fit into the line-up and do some of the things that we saw him do this weekend. I was really impressed with how at his size, Johnson as so fluid with the basketball, and could do so many things inside and out.

Already standing at 6’5, the Providence Academy is more than just a big body in the paint. Less than a minute after checking into the game I watched, Cameron caught on the wing, beat his man with a crossover, and got to the free throw line area for a mid-range jumper. Showed impressive coordination and mobility at his size for a freshman, combined with smooth shooting mechanics. Played a bit of a point-forward role at times as he handles it well at 6’5. One to watch over the long-term as he has an intriguing blend of size and skill at this stage.
