I like the way Weekley plays basketball. He is a good point guard who is a great playmaker. He gets everyone on the floor involved and into the game. He plays with great pace and is always under control. He did a good job of breaking the press that both teams applied with the dribble or pass. He also hit some tough shots and buckets. He knows when to attack and score.

I’ve been high on the Massillon Jackson 2025 trio of Weekley,

for a while now and Weekley makes his debut after I got to see him play in the playoffs for the Polar Bears and with All Ohio Select alongside Finefrock. An efficient off guard who can knock down shots off the catch and attack closeouts, Weekley is a tough cover on a well spaced Massillon Jackson squad. Weekley is a solid athlete, capable of attacking off the bounce and a good shooter, should get a lot of small college interest with his skillset and Massillon Jackson is capable of making another deep playoff run with their senior core.

Weekley is a good guard with great build for his position. He has a strong lower body which helps when driving and dictating contact. He gets to his spot and creates for teammates or himself. He is a smart player that does not make mistakes. He has good court vision and a feel for the game. He has a nice shot with no shooting pocket either. It was impressive to see on the some shots I noticed it. He makes soupy if you help him.

Another program that had a really solid weekend, All Ohio Select has hit the ground running this spring and haven’t looked back. The Massillon Jackson guard duo of

and Weekley were both big reasons why they found so much success this weekend. I wanted to spotlight Weekley as a guard who played efficiently in the moments I caught. Knocking down some pull up jumpers, floaters and mid-range shots, Weekley is a guard you want to run off the line but is still capable of making you pay when attacking off the bounce. Really enjoyed watching the All Ohio Select squad play as a unit this weekend, you’ll be hearing more about their team as the spring continues.

This was my first-time taking notes on Weekley and he stood out as an off guard who could attack a closeout and score going to the rim. He moved well without the ball in his hands and showed patience when attacking off the bounce. His best drive was when he took an extension step to get by a defender and finished past a shot contest. Also a capable shooter from the outside, Weekley knocked down multiple 3-pointers when his feet were set. I like a lot of the pieces Massillon Jackson has as they should be district title threats again with this core of 2025 prospects.
