Mitchell is a pretty smooth operator on offense and has a smooth shot to pair with his moves. He does a good job finding space, is comfortable working from different spots, and it’s shown with some big games on the UAA Circuit. His biggest scoring game was 25 points on 9-of-14 shooting, including 5-of-8 from 3-point. And he’s also had some good facilitating with efficient scoring, posting games of 12 points and six assists, and 17 points and four assists.

This kid has a chance to carve out a role right away this winter and shows some real promise as the point guard of the future. He’s capable of handling the rock under pressure, has a good stroke out to 3, and has already shown an understanding of his capabilities, strengths, and duties as a point.
