Beautiful mechanics on his jumper and the rotation of the ball after the release is just as pretty. Becker is a smooth combo guard that can make some plays off the bounce in spurts, but his calling card is his long-range shooting and it was made known in this scrimmage. He knocked down multiple triples in the win and on a team that is in need of production in the backcourt, Becker has an opportunity to put up numbers as a main cog this spring/summer.

Really liked how the freshman looked like an upperclassman in many moments throughout the game. Right now I would say his calling card would be his ability to knockdown shots on the perimeter which he had three. A few of his threes were a few feet behind the line. Becker also showed some flashes on the attack. He had good timing using his length to contest shots. He has all the foundations to turn himself into a really nice two-way player and if he grows he could be a 3-D man. He finished with a team high 13 points. I want to see him cleanup the turnovers. This was my 3rd viewing of Becker this season and by far was his best performance and most complete game. Excited to track his progress as the years go on and he sees a bigger role when the seniors depart.

Becker is a prospect I was anxiously waiting to see since he is touted as one of the better freshmen on the western side of the state. He left a mark on the game in a supportive role. He was able to use his length to grab a few rebounds. Becker chipped in 6 points and was able to touch paint on the attack. Looking forward to tracking Becker over the next few seasons.
