About Brennyn
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
Quick and aggressive guard with active hands on both ends of the floor. Pass-first mindset who looks to create for teammates, especially when they’re hot, while still being a scoring threat when opportunities are there. Unselfish player who prides themself on strong on-ball defense and good timing to disrupt passing lanes and get steals.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I thrive under pressure and play my best in loud, high-energy environments. I never let the score dictate how I play—I trust my game and stay consistent in my approach at all times. As a multi-sport athlete, I bring competitiveness, adaptability, and discipline to everything I do. I take pride in constantly working to perfect my craft and improve, both on the court and off. I also value balance, h
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I have lettered in two sports as a sophomore at a 6A high school in Indiana and am working toward lettering in a third sport this spring (baseball). I compete in AAU basketball with Fire Sports and Recreation and also play on a national-level baseball team. Being a multi-sport athlete has helped me develop versatility, discipline, and a strong competitive mindset across all environments.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
As a multi-sport athlete, I have developed leadership, teamwork, and accountability by competing in high-pressure environments and learning to lead by example. I take pride in supporting my teammates, communicating effectively, and representing my teams, school, and community with character both on and off the field.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
I have consistently been considered undersized in the sports I play, which has pushed me to focus on perfecting my skill set rather than relying on size. Competing against taller opponents has taught me how to adapt, play with confidence, and find ways to be effective through effort, technique, and basketball IQ.
What type of college are you looking for?
I am looking for a college that competes at a high level and provides an opportunity to grow both as an athlete and a student. My goal is to challenge myself and play at the highest level possible, while also being open to any level where I can continue developing, competing, and contributing to a program that values hard work, culture, and academics.
