Despite the loss to Breck, Brayden was still impressing with his play in the paint. Breck didn’t quite have the size to match him, so Brayden was looking to establish deep position early and often. He scored the first bucket of the game with a right handed hook shot, and produced throughout the game with various post scores and putback buckets. Showed his quickness getting off the floor with a two handed dunk in the second half as well. Solid combination of size, finishing touch, and athleticism.

Brayden had one of the most impressive performances that I was not necessarily expecting on Saturday. He dominated the painted area on both ends of the floor and looks a lot more confident and aggressive compared to years prior. He ended the tight loss versus Cherry with a double-double, totaling 16 points and 14 rebounds. This included three strong dunks at the rim, as well as some scores out of the post and following offensive boards.
