About Braxton

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I might be smaller in size, but I am fearless. Active, aggressive, quick & shifty is how I play. I am all about team, and love to distribute. Don't be mistaken, give the change I'll take it one on one, leave me open and I'll hit that 3 ball!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

What I lack in height, I make up for in my scrappy aggressive play. I love the game, and lock in every time I step on the court. I want to win, and am driven to give everything I have to get the W.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Basketball is the game I play, but a follower of Christ is who I am.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I continue to grow as a court general, learning how to lead, inspire and challenge my teammates both on and off the court. I continue to learn what hard work and dedication truly means, and desire for the hard work I put in at basketball to be what transfers into other areas of my life as well.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

On the court, my greatest challenge is my height. I have learned this is the way God created me, and I must walk in confidence of how he made me and not get caught comparing myself to others.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would love to play D1 ball one day! That's a dream of mine that I am aspiring for. I know the statistics are small, but I want to put in the work to make it happen!
