John Millyard | Prep Hoops Scout
Pitt was not only the top prospect in the 2030 class at the event but probably the top overall regardless of class. Incredible athleticism and can jump out of the gym. A talented three level scorer who was putting on a scoring clinic. Displayed and impressive high percentage jump shot. Was just a relentless on the defensive end forcing many turnovers and account for numerous steals. Simply put Pitt was ELITE.

Brad is a legit prospect that will turn heads on the national level and become a premier player in Arizona. His advanced frame and next level athletic ability made him look like a man amongst boys. He was able to get to the rim at will and bump off defenders for easy layups or dunks. Brad has a nice mid range game and will use side steps and stepbacks to create separation for easy mid range bucket’s. Brad has a great IQ and overall feel for the game. He is very unselfish on the floor and will always give the extra pass. Expect big thing from this young athlete.

Serious threat both on and off the ball and very difficult to keep in front. Shoots it well from three and can create his own looks with pull-up threes off the dribble and sidesteps. Gets to the rim with ease and has real blow-by speed off the dribble. Showed creativity as a finisher with euros around the basket and is a high-flying athlete who can finish above the rim in traffic. Plays with a quick, urgent pace but also has the ability to change speeds based on the flow of the game.

Potentially the most athletic player at the Freshman Showcase, he already has the physical tools to excel: bouncy, great height for a guard, and good vertical leaping ability. As for his in-game traits, he’s composed and never rushed, blowing by opponents with ease. He gets most of his baskets close to the rim on drives or fastbreak dunks, and once he gets to the midrange he’ll wisely dump it off if he can’t get a clean release. Flies in for boards and has good link-up play with teammates, finding the open guy when his own lane is blocked.

Brad is a plus athlete with scoring ability and a intriguing defensive skill set. He often would guard ball handlers full court and get them flustered before they even cross the half court. He sent shots off the backboard with high flying blocks. He has a shifty handle with great speed that makes him a problem in the open floor and allows him to get to the rim at will. Brad would finish with finesse at the bucket with his hang time or play off two feet in the lane to finish strong. He has a nice looking shot from the outside but wont settle and always seems to take a high percentage looks.
