One thing that Kentucky lacks as a whole is rim protection.

can actually provide that for Simon Kenton. He’s made strides on offense the last couple of seasons but Stone can make a big difference for his squad with his ability to block shots at the rim and control rebounds. If he can stay out of foul trouble and stay active on defense, Simon Kenton could make some noise in the postseason.

but he should be able to replicate Dynes’ offensive numbers and will attempt to provide some of the rim protection that the 7’3 Dynes did for the Pioneers. Stone is a big forward who can shoot a little and put the ball on the deck. Look for him to take advantage of a lot more playing time in his Junior season.

Bode flashes a ton of potential. He’s tall, long and a good enough athlete. He needs to fall in love with the weight room to make the collegiate level but he still has time. Stone is a good shot blocker with solid timing on defense and is a good help defender. He’s comfortable shooting from three and could be a stretch 4 in college.
