Fagbemi completely took over the semi final contest against Evanston with his play in the second half. Fagbemi is a super skilled lead guard that is headed to Truman State next season. His flair of the passing the rock is so much fun to watch and he gives energy to his team by doing it. Did have a few turnovers in the semis, but made up for it with the dimes he created. As a scorer he is adept at getting to the free throw line with slick takes. Also hit a tough step back and a tip slam. Rebounded well in the semis and set the tone for Benet’s defense with 10 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals. He had another solid outing in the championship game being the floor general and leading his team to the title going for 14 points (4-12 FG), 4 rebounds, and 6 dimes. It was really his passing, slippery drives, and ability to get to the line that impressed in that contest.
