is a combo guard with the potential to be a breakout baller and a starter for the Tigers this season. I would not be surprised if he starts at the 1. Bennett excels at creating for himself and others, with a terrific first two steps that allow him to attack the basket, create space, and generate opportunities in the halfcourt. Unselfish with the ball, Jensen also has a knockdown perimeter shot and the ability to orchestrate the offense, consistently producing quality looks for his teammates. Give him space and Jensen will make you pay 3 points at a time. To elevate his impact and earn more minutes, Bennett will need to take his perimeter defense to the next level. If he can make that adjustment, Jensen has the tools to put together an impressive season and emerge as one of the Tigers’ key contributors in 2025–26.
Bennett is a lanky SG that sure can fill it up quick. He’s got a confident stroke from deep, way deep and is a challenge to guard with his quick first step.
Bennett’s best basketball is still ahead of him, and PHD wouldn’t be surprised to see him earn the starting point guard spot for the Tigers this season. He creates space effectively with an effective first step and has proven to be a dangerous shooter — hot, accurate, and with deep range. Bennett shows poise in pick-and-roll situations, added noticeable muscle this offseason, and consistently makes positive plays in transition.
Bennett showed he’s more than a 3-point shooter against good competition. He can create some separation off the dribble, beating his man and finding teammates at the hoop or for open jumpers. Needs to be given more credit for his passing ability and creation.
Watched the Harrisburg vs Mitchell Sophomore game and Jensen is up an inch or two and you can tell he lengthened out in his limbs. His arms look long. This helps his stock and hopefully the trend continues some. He’s one of the top three-point shooters in the state, and I do think he has upside still as an ascending prospect.
