Van Prooyen was a very high impact player in Grand Rapids. He has a strong frame and big upside to his game. Van Prooyen showed a ton of versatility and hustle. He went at it every game from tip to buzzer. Van Prooyen seemed to have an influence all over the floor. He hit a deeper mid range pull up jumper, a deep catch and shoot triple and could run a wing in transition. Van Prooyen was a tough defender that seemed comfortable in the perimeter or down low.
