Millar, a wing out of the New Hampton School in New Hampshire, checks in at #14 among the small forwards and #69 overall in this update. The 6’3″ guard has good positional size and the ability to score it in a variety of ways. He makes shots from behind the arc, finishes over size with touch in the paint, and can knock down mid-range jumpers off the bounce. On the other end of the floor, he can guard any spot on the perimeter and does a nice job of playing out of rotations. Beyond that, he has good instincts off the ball and is capable of creating turnovers in passing lanes.

As he continues to develop his ability as an initiator, as well as fills out his frame, his profile as a prospect should only continue to rise.
