The Stetson-commit solidified North Oconee’s front court last season upon transferring in from Loganville Christian. Banks is a sturdy big man. He excels when diving from the high post, able to catch and slam on the run. He’s physical when posting up, turning to a variety of post moves to score down low. Pourchier is comfortable facing up and can be utilized in pick-and-pop settings as his outside shot has continued to improve.

Highly skilled and patient post player. Pourchier scores with touch around the rim using both hands and has the strength to finish through contact. He’s an effective mid-range shooter and can step out to hit threes. Offers strong physical presence and growing athleticism. Excellent feel and timing as a roll man and on post touches.

Banks scores with both hands inside and finishes with authority. Pourchier gets momentum building dunks off dives to the hoop and alley-oops. Pourchier is a good shooter on post turnarounds and can space the floor to the three-point line.

An early cut through the middle of the lane led to a monster slam that ignited not only Banks but the entire North Oconee roster as the Titans rolled over the War Eagles. Pourchier went to work in the post throughout the day, showcasing a blend of power and finesse. Banks dropped in a floater, a hook shot and netted a fadeaway jumper in the lane. When Pourchier wanted to physically overpower the opposition he did, finishing with three drunks including an alley oop in the fourth quarter. Banks pounded the backboards, coming away with a pair of putbacks as he finished with 18 points, 13 rebounds and 2 assists.

Players had 22p 12 rebs 2b in helping our team beat a 6A team. Was his career high. He had two other great games and averaged a double double. Banks has helped our team win 11 straight.

Banks’ presence and value inside was felt once he fouled out. With Pourchier gone, the Titans struggled to defend Josiah McCurry Josiah McCurry 6'7" | C Habersham Central | 2025 State GA who had 15 points in the two overtime periods. Pourchier’s size and sturdy frame helped limit McCurry to seven points over regulation. Offensively, Banks scored with his left hand on a post flash. He had a slam and tipped in a miss. Pourchier finished with 9 points and 9 rebounds in the 77-75 2OT loss to North Oconee.

Banks Pourchier Banks Pourchier 6'8" | PF North Oconee | 2026 State GA has established himself as one of the top forwards in his class and his stock could continue to rise considering his new situation at North Oconee. He’s 6’8 with a solid frame and has the athleticism to compete above the rim. Pourchier is a versatile inside scorer, able to operate efficiently out of the high and low posts. He could play either a stretch 4 or a skilled 5 at the college level, depending on the fit. Pourchier hasn’t received his first offer yet but it could very well be on the horizon.
