Thompson is quite undersized, but he’s a shifty ball-handler with a unique, herky-jerky feel for getting into the paint. He consistently made solid reads in the lane and was extremely calm and collected with the ball in his hands. I would slot Thompson in at the low D3 level – he’s definitely got a chance to play in college but probably won’t be able to play at the mid or high D3 level as a result of his size and lack of physical tools.
