Now a senior and four-year varsity performer at Madison Memorial, Miller knows a thing or two about how to win games in the Big Eight Conference. He had a game-high 22 points and made an impressive 11-of-12 foul shots to help the Spartans secure their triumph. But it was his three-point shot from near the top of the key late in the game that gave Madison Memorial the cushion it needed to post the win. Miller had three triples in the contest and is always ready to let it fly from deep once he gets the ball in shooting position.

Miller is shot ready and has a quick release from the perimeter. He is a solid player in other aspects of the game, but his biggest attribute, without question, is his long-distance shooting. He got on a roll in the second half against Juneau and had five three-point baskets on the way to scoring 18 points. Miller’s accurate touch from deep makes it difficult for opponents to leave him unguarded. The toughness and effort of Anthony caught my eye in the game I was able to see on Saturday. He handled the duties as the main ball handler for Wisconsin Academy and impressed me doing a lot of different things on the floor. He had no issues attacking the basket and was extremely hard to stop when he got up to speed in 1v1 scenarios. He could finish at the rim or kick out to a teammate if he did not have the look he wanted. He was capable of shooting from deep as well. Miller also gave full effort on the defensive end and was flying around whenever the opportunity arose.
