Oubei is a 6’1″ guard with very long arms that was effective off of the bounce for Team 2 at our showcase. The Fort Wayne Northrop product had one drive in particular that stood out where he raced the ball down the floor, made a left-to-right crossover at the top of the key, then crossed back over right-to-left around the free throw line to go finish with his left hand. His quick change of direction and shiftiness with the ball consistently got him into the paint. On the defensive end, Oubei’s length was disruptive as well.
