is averaging 2.3 three-pointers per game, knocking down 44 total while shooting an efficient 42.7% from deep. His length makes him difficult to contest on the perimeter, and he’s especially effective shooting from the wings. Stewart has sound mechanics with a smooth release and does a great job running the floor in transition to create open looks. He put that ability on display in a win over Lyon County, scoring 25 points while going 5-for-6 from beyond the arc.

stock I’ve been holding on to will pay off. He’s long and has a smooth game as a big time wing shooter. Amare needs to become a more impactful two way player but he should have MUCH more playing time this season to prove himself. Could be one of the biggest sleepers in Western Kentucky.

May be a head scratcher for a kid averaging 2 points per game to make this list but I’ve always been high on Amare and he just scored 16 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists last night against Louisville Trinity. It’s possible that Stewart is starting to turn the corner. Already atop the 2nd region, a bigger and more effective role for Amare could mean a trip to Rupp Arena for Henderson.

Amare is a high ceiling player that I cannot give up on yet. He’s not seeing much varsity playing time but Stewart is the type who could have a big AAU season. He’s still growing and filling out but Amare has a chance to be really good and I’ve seen him shoot the ball at an elite level at previous Prep Hoops events.

Amare was a role player for the Colonels last season but should be a top contributor as a Sophomore. Stewart is long and shoots the cover off the ball. While he’s not the best athlete right now (I think he’s still growing) Amare is pretty fluid and his jumpshot mechanics are pure. Look for him to be the difference in any long postseason run for Coach Smithhart’s squad.

Stewart is tucked away in Western Kentucky so I don’t get to see him as often as a lot of other kids in this class. Amare has clearly grown a few inches over the past year and has very fluid shot mechanics. He needs to learn to love the weight room but Amare is a sleeper who could be a top 20 or better player in the class in the future.

When forecasting prospects from our freshman showcase, Stewart stands out as a kid who could be a top 5-10 talent two years from now. Long and athletic, Amare looks like he could be 6’4 or taller before long and flashed some serious skills. Coach Smithart has a nice young player with Amare.

Stewart is another guard who looks like he’s going to be several inches taller when he’s done growing. Amare has good burst and consistently finished at a high level on Saturday. Henderson is going to need some players to step up this year and Amare looks like he could contribute at the varsity level right away.
